You will help to enable the execution of GitHub motions that drive new customer and workload acquisition within new partner prospects and current Arrow resellers.\nThe role blends strategic vendor management with hands-on execution - including running Microsoft cadence meetings, collaborating with Arrow’s global Microsoft GITHUB team, managing a dedicated marketing budget, supporting partner readiness, and ensuring strong alignment to Microsoft GitHub priorities and FY success metrics.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as Arrow’s GitHub solutions specialist, owning the execution of Microsoft GitHub plays in line with Microsoft KPIs and frameworks.\nAn active involvement in developing the relationship with GitHub stakeholders, including participation in regular cadence calls, planning sessions, QBRs, and joint execution reviews\nDrive new customer and workload acquisition for GitHub through indirect channel partners\nEnable reseller partners to position and sell GitHub solutions through structured plays, campaigns, and targeted GTM motions\nOwn and manage a dedicated marketing budget, delivering Microsoft-aligned campaigns, webinars and events\nWork with partners to activate and execute Campaigns in a Box, Cloud Ascent targeting, Co-op funds, workshops, and other Microsoft programmes and incentives.\nLead and deliver GitHub-focused webinars and enablement sessions in collaboration both independently and in collaboration with Microsoft, Arrow partners or internal stakeholders.\nImplement and maintain a strong Rhythm of Business with partners and Microsoft to track performance and pipeline progression.\nSupport partners in lifecycle motions including acquisition, renewals, upsell, and GITHUB workload expansion\nTrack and report performance against Microsoft KPIs including acquisition, Reach, Frequency, Yield, and CSP growth\nRepresent Arrow and Microsoft at solution aligned summits, bootcamps, and Microsoft-led events\nCultural Values\nCreativity: Innovate and think outside the box to provide unique solutions.\nLoyalty: Build and maintain strong, loyal relationships with partners.\nOwnership: Take responsibility for your work and drive initiatives to completion.\nUnity: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.\nDedication: Show commitment and dedication to your role and the success of the team\nEssential Experience\nStrong background in IT relationship management, partner engagement, or vendor management\nExperience working with or alongside Microsoft and the Microsoft partner ecosystem\nDemonstrable interest in cloud infrastructure, AI solutions or related technologies\nProven ability to run structured partner motions, campaigns, and enablement initiatives\nComfortable leading meetings, presenting to partners, and engaging senior vendor stakeholders\nExperience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting or executing Microsoft programmes, e.g. SureStep.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft GITHUB solutions within SMB and mid-market segments\nExperience owning or managing a marketing or campaign budget\nExposure to CSP motions, partner incentives, and indirect go-to-market models\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and delivery\nWillingness to undertake ongoing vendor training and certification as part of continuous development\nCertifications & Development\nWillingness to complete the relevant Microsoft Fundamentals certifications as a minimum\nCommitment to further Microsoft GITHUB and related certifications as part of your continuous professional development\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation (base + variable).\nSupportive work environment with flat structures.\nCompany Car or Car Allowance\nProfessional and personal development opportunities.\nPrivate healthcare and other benefits.\nArrow is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.\n#LI-DK1\nLocation:\nUK-United Kingdom -
