If you enjoy staying active, hands-on operational tasks, and being part of a strong team, this role is for you.\nShift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.\nHourly Rate: $30.00 USD\nHourly Pay: up to $31.50 USD for hours worked between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.\nOvertime: Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nFormulate teaching outline for training sessions covering specified areas such as those concerned with new employee orientation, job specific training, safety and use of programming equipment and computer systems. Evaluate overall effectiveness of individual training sessions.\n\nCoordinate overall training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the Programming Center and Warehouse. Monitor training metrics to identify training opportunities.\n\nDeliver New Employee Onboarding as needed and acclimate the new hires to the Warehouse, their leadership, and other key team members.\n\nSupports the assigned Quality area (Source, FQR, Returns, RMA, Document Control, Calibration, SCARS) in performance and administration of the areas assigned workload.\n\nProvides area support for metrics/reporting, process instructions, corrective/preventive action, process improvement activities, QMS audits, and serves as area subject matter expert.\n\nSupports all department administrative functions that include the following: shift scheduling, maintenance of department operating supplies/equipment, coordinating Arrow resources to resolve technical issues with department equipment.\n\nResponsible for inspecting assembled product to ensure adherence to documented requirements.\n\nAssist with physical inspections of product as needed.\n\nAudit against documents and procedures.\n\nProvide recommendations to processes and procedures.\n\nAct as Excellence Through Quality (ETQ) subject matter expert partner with stakeholders and administrator(s) to support changes, certifications, and the development of work instructions.\n\nReview data with Quality Manager to determine departmental training needs.
