Whether you're supporting business operations, coordinating projects, or helping teams work more efficiently, you'll contribute to continuous improvement, deliver exceptional service, and help build a more agile, connected, and innovative business.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base.\nWorking with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements.\nOwner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing.\nWork with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status.\nLiaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion.\nOn-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process.
