Additionally, you will be responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance efforts, including performing tests of operating effectiveness, ensuring test results are properly documented, and any issues are appropriately raised. You will also assist with special projects related to technical accounting as needed.\nWhat You'll Do:\nReporting-Responsible for producing and issuing periodic reports regarding general subject matter and or business areas, performing basic analysis when necessary for internal and external purposes.\nIdentify, document, test and remediate potential risk areas and support the maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance. \nResearch of various accounting policies and procedures, including technical accounting research to ensure the company is in compliance. (For US - GAAP). \nAssist in providing information and documentation to internal and external audit requests. \nParticipate in cross-functional teams on accounting/finance special projects that will require gaining an understanding of the business, the processes that support the business and working with other Arrow personnel to discover the root cause of the issue and develop a reasonable solution.\nMaintain current awareness and documentation of SOX compliance rules and regulations.\nFiling of compliance project documentation, ensuring adherence to internal retention policies.\nWho We're Looking For:\nBachelor's degree (preferably in accounting) and 2-4 years of related experience\nCPA preferred \nSEC reporting experience preferred \nWill consider other accounting backgrounds \nExperience working in public accounting preferred \nWhat's In It For You:\nAt Arrow, we're committed to helping our employees thrive, both at work and beyond.
