Apply technical knowledge to influence designs utilizing solution selling, resources, and strategies.\nPartner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation. Technical calibrations with marketing, sales and Suppliers in support of the customer design. Champion return on engineering investment, design win priorities, initiatives, and promotions by obtaining buy-in and support from sales.\nWork closely with Marketing to manage supplier expectations. Building and developing relationships with Suppliers and Customers, keeping stakeholders up to date on activities, plans, and progressing towards initiatives. Identify key relationships amongst decision makers within suppliers and customers.\nAttend supplier trainings and business reviews in person and via conference calls. Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line or customer solutions. Organize engineering customer events.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nDegree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering.\nWith at least 2-3 years of related experience in R&D, electronics hardware design and/or field applications within similar capacity in an EMS / Semiconductor environment.\nGeneral R&D knowledge and experience in embedded and coding\nProficiency hands-on FPGA design experience would be an advantage.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nArticulate, possess ability to build good relationships with customers, to understand and support customers’ technical/engineering needs.\nProactive, positive and can-do attitude.\nDriven, proactive, can-do attitude and growth mindset.\nAbility to travel domestically (quarterly) and internationally from time to time \nWhat’s In It For You\nAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
