Position: Senior Manager, Digital EngineeringJob Description: What You'll Be Doing: Lead four domain managers and an approximately 80-person global engineering organization, establishing clear accountability, decision rights, and effective ways of working across regions and time zones. Own engineering quality, the technical roadmap, and non-functional standards across Adobe AEM, SAP Commerce, Oracle, data services, APIs, and integrations. Create a unified engineering operating model that enables teams to make sound decisions quickly and deliver with quality, predictability, and velocity. Drive engineering excellence through code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, secure development, performance engineering, and disciplined technical-debt reduction. Partner with Architecture, Systems Engineering, Agile Delivery Operations, Software Quality Assurance, and Support & Observability to manage dependencies and end-to-end outcomes. Ensure engineering teams own the operational quality of what they build, including availability, performance, resilience, and corrective actions following production issues.
