The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive testing techniques, along with a solid understanding of automotive standards like AUTOSAR, ISO26262, and ASPICE.\nJob description\nUnderstand and analyze requirements including identifying any gaps or missing information needed to perform testing activities.\n\nTest cases planning, development, and execution (Field and Bench based).\n\nAnalyze executed test cases and confirm that the software behavior is conforming to the requirements documents.\n\nReport findings and bugs to the defect management system.\n\nReport major findings (System/software Issues) to customers.\n\nCommunicate testing project status for Projects and R&D Management and solve conflicts.\n\nPerform test automation.\n\nContribute to defining the testing strategy.\n\nConduct technical reviews on testing artifacts for the process, company testing strategy and standards compliance.\n\nReview testing related change requests and provide estimates based on related standard estimation models or experience based.\n\nDesign and deploy test benches according to the customer's requirements.\n\nCommunicate effectively with other teams and understand the technical aspects.\n\nFollow the configuration management process.\n\nMaintain Avelabs quality standards for project's deliverables.\n\nSuggest and implement innovative solutions for project challenges.\n\nPrepare and conduct technical training.\n\nHandle customer challenges and other project stakeholder ‘s communications.\n\nHighlight opportunities that can increase the scope of the current project tasks.\n\nJob requirements\n3+ years of experience in automotive validation position.\n\nUniversity degree in Computer, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.\n\nStrong understanding of software integration testing and software validation.\n\nExperience in Embedded systems and Microcontrollers.\n\nExperience in automotive electronics products on system/software level.\n\nExperience in requirements and testing management (e.g., using DOORS/JIRA).\n\nExperience in automotive bus technologies and diagnostics.\n\nExperience with Vector tools (CANoe, vTeststudio, CAPL scripting).\n\nExperience in communication with customer for requirements analysis and refinement.\n\nStrong debugging and analytical skills.\n\nVery Good programming skills (C and Python).\n\nTest Bench development and deployment is a plus.\n\nExperience in working with NI/dSPACE benches is a plus.\n\nISTQB
