Position: Supplier Manager - Security IIJob Description: What You'll Be Doing Strategic Supplier Management Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment. Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities. Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow while representing Arrow's interests with supplier leadership. Business Growth & Market Development Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive bookings, billings, market share, and profitability. Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption. Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development. Deliver business plans that achieve growth objectives while maximizing return on investment.
