Position: Technical LeadJob Description: Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our semiconductor engineering team and contribute to the delivery of complex ASIC and SoC verification projects. In this role, you will take ownership of verification activities, collaborate with customers and global engineering teams, provide technical leadership, and help deliver high-quality silicon solutions. What You'll Be Doing Lead ASIC/SoC verification activities across the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain UVM-based SystemVerilog verification environments and testbenches. Define verification strategies, test plans, coverage goals, and quality metrics. Verify complex IPs and subsystems, including PCIe, NVMe, NAND, DDR, and CPU-related technologies. Debug technical issues and drive root-cause analysis to ensure project success. Work directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
