This position is based in Milan.\nDuring your internship, you will support Arrow’s sales and technical teams in understanding customers’ needs, identifying suitable cybersecurity solutions and presenting their value to partners and end customers. You will collaborate with account managers, business developers, technical specialists, partners, and manufacturers, gaining practical experience across the entire presales and sales cycle.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cybersecurity and the IT industry, enjoys learning about new technologies and is interested in combining technical knowledge with customer interaction and commercial activities.\nPlease note that it is full time internship (40h per week). Internship could be done as be curricular or non-curricular.\nTechnical Sales Intern\nWhat would you learn?\nTo understand customers’ technical and business requirements,\nTo support the identification and design of cybersecurity solutions,\nTo prepare technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals,\nTo collaborate with sales teams, account managers, partners, and manufacturers throughout the sales cycle,\nTo develop knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, products, and market trends,\nTo build and maintain effective relationships with customers and business partners.\nWhat are we looking for?\nA person who has recently completed their education or is currently completing their studies,\nStrong interest and passion for cybersecurity, technology, and the IT industry,\nInterest in technical presales, customer engagement, and commercial activities,\nWillingness and ability to learn, develop and stay updated on new technologies,\nAnalytical mindset, curiosity, and a problem-solving attitude,\nVery good communication and interpersonal skills,\nBusiness fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.\nWhat do we offer?\nTeam of professionals who will help you learn and develop,\nComprehensive training in the newest technologies in the industry.\n6 months long paid internship with possibility to extend it for next 6 months,\nPossibility of long-term collaboration.\nHiring Compensation:\n800 € net per month for first 6 months.\n1000 € net per month for another 6 months once internship will be prolonged.\nArrow is an equal opportunity employer.
