We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently and transform in a dynamic market.\nAbout the role\nThe Technical Solutions Architect will provide technical and domain leadership by working closely withRedHat and senior Arrow staff in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, and support modernizing data center solutions for partners and customers. They will also support the sales and vendor teams with data center pre-sales technical and technology activities across the data center portfolio of products and services offered by Arrow. The activities will support Arrow partners, SI’s, MSP’s and Resellers in both a technical and commercial capacity.\nThey will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers, including on-site installations.\nDay to day duties\nProvide technical knowledge and expertise to the customers on RedHat/OpenShift.\nAdvise clients transitioning to cloud-based and managed Datacentre services.\nServe as subject matter expert for modern Datacentre platform capabilities.\nSupport the commercial team in the development, construction of offers to the clients.\nInteract with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy.\nValidate and work on NetApp configurations to support the business.\nDeliver training/workshops/webinars/solution presentations to partners, also at vendor events and industry events.\nCreate PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customer's environment.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nProven experience with RedHat/OpenShift.\nStrong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology.\nAn ability to take the initiative and be a pro-active self-starter.\nEmpathetic, fair, and generous approach to staff and people management\nA highly entrepreneurial spirit that manifests itself in a “let’s make it happen” approach, coupled with initiative and adaptability.\nExcellent attention to detail and genuine passion for Information Technology.\nWillingness to do some national trips to see partners.\nFluency in English required.
