Assist the Training department and supervisors (SVs) with the onboarding of new hires Conduct and document training of employees and support them after completion Coach employees to improve performance as per assignment Inform SVs about training progress Perform spotlight training and support SVs with quality alerts Propose improvements of training contents and materials Perform (and document) random checks, as assigned Perform operational work if not training WHO ARE YOU?
