You will also develop insightful reporting and analytics, maintain policies and procedures, and support key Arrow Global Treasury initiatives.\nWhat You'll Do:\nContribute to management of a daily global payments process\nSupport global bank account administration functions including maintenance of global bank account policy and global account inventory, opening/closing/modifying of bank accounts, legal signer management and bank KYC processes\nManage and/or assist with daily FX Back Office function\nDevelop and produce reporting and analytics in areas such as cash and debt positioning, bank fees and bank scorecards\nMaintain Treasury policies and procedures emphasizing risk management and a strong control environment\nSupport key Global Treasury initiatives such as Arrow’s treasury management system (TMS) implementation, bank rationalization, global cash pooling setups and structural process optimizations\nWork closely with internal and external teams (audit, tax, accounting, finance, legal) to ensure proper compliance with company policies\nWho We're Looking For:\nEntry-level candidates with foundational knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply\nBachelor's Degree in Finance or Business \nKnowledge of travel and expense highly preferred\nKnowledge of global banking, payments, FX and cash management functions preferred but not mandatory\nExperience with treasury management systems (TMS) preferred\nProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDetail-oriented and able to multi-task, works well under pressure, effectively manages deadlines and thinks \"outside the box\"\nAble to prepare and present concise, efficient analyses of financial data to senior management\nCommitted to continuous process improvement and maintenance of a strong control environment\nWork Arrangement:\nHybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.\nWhat's In It For You:\nAt Arrow, we're committed to helping our employees thrive, both at work and beyond.
