You will work within a dynamic team to achieve the quality, efficiency, and service goals of the Primary Distribution Center.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport all departments, including receiving, storing, inventory, shipping, dispatch, and picking.\nAssist with inventory management and fill in as needed.\nHelp with scheduling trucks and uploading orders to third-party partners.\nProvide support with ongoing team training and assist in the implementation of new processes and changes.\nCollaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to contribute to department-wide production & quality goals \nIdentify areas for improvement and participate in process improvement initiatives.\nMentor and assist co-workers in developing their skills and identifying areas for improvement.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nProficiency in safely operating facility material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, Box Truck, and pallet/wrapping equipment).\nAbility to perform end-user computer functions, including data entry and interpreting information from warehouse systems (e.g., RF units, computer terminals).\nDemonstrated ability to train and certify new hires and employees in all warehouse functions, including equipment operation.\nEffective support in scheduling trucks.\nThis position involves standing and or walking for considerable lengths of time.
