Position: Warehouse Operations Support AssociateJob Description: Arrow Electronics is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Warehouse Operations Support Associates to join our fast-paced electronics distribution center. As a Warehouse Operations Support Associate, you will play a key role in the effective handling and processing of electronic component customer orders. You will work within a dynamic team to achieve the quality, efficiency, and service goals of the Primary Distribution Center. Key Responsibilities Support all departments, including receiving, storing, inventory, shipping, dispatch, and picking. Assist with inventory management and fill in as needed. Help with scheduling trucks and uploading orders to third-party partners. Provide support with ongoing team training and assist in the implementation of new processes and changes. Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to contribute to department-wide production & quality goals Identify areas for improvement and participate in process improvement initiatives.
