The role combines workplace AI enablement with hands-on engineering, governance and continuous improvement of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO:\nThis is a strategic role for someone who wants to shape how AI, Copilot, automation and collaboration technologies are adopted across Arrow. You will work at the intersection of business needs, user enablement and Microsoft 365 engineering, turning early ideas into secure, scalable and practical solutions.\nPartner with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate and prioritize high-value AI, automation and collaboration use cases that address real business needs.\nLead discovery and solution design workshops, translating business needs into practical technical solutions.\nDesign and develop proofs of concept, rapid prototypes and reusable reference solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agent Builder, Copilot Studio and Power Platform.\nCreate reusable templates, prompt libraries, enablement materials, and automation patterns.\nDrive technology adoption through training, coaching, communications, and change initiatives.\nMonitor adoption, usage, and value signals to recommend improvements and demonstrate business impact.\nProvide hands-on engineering, administration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and service optimization for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.\nRecommend and apply governance guardrails, usage guidelines, and lifecycle practices to support secure, compliant, and scalable adoption.\nDevelop and support automation solutions using Power Platform, PowerShell and relevant Microsoft 365 integration capabilities.\nEnsure alignment with security, compliance, data protection and responsible AI principles.\nAssess data readiness, permissions and integration options to recommend practical solution approaches.\nWHO YOU ARE:\nYou have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace or collaboration engineering.\nYou bring strong hands-on expertise administering Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online, as well as Power Platform and PowerShell.\nYou have at least 1 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or workplace AI, including prompt development, adoption support, Copilot Studio and AI agent development.\nYou understand security, compliance, responsible AI principles, Power Platform governance and Microsoft 365 platform governance, and can translate these requirements into practical enablement guidance.\nYou are a senior, hands-on professional who can work independently and take ownership of complex initiatives.\nYou have strong consulting, workshop facilitation and technology adoption skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.\nYou can balance innovation and rapid delivery with governance, security and operational requirements.\nYou have strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.\nYou are comfortable solving ambiguous business and technology challenges, shaping scope, prioritizing competing demands, and turning early ideas into actionable delivery plans.\nYou have fluent written and spoken English, with the confidence to lead workshops, deliver training, engage with senior stakeholders, and produce professional business and technical documentation in a global environment.\nWHAT WE OFFER:\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package.\nHybrid working model and flexible working hours.\nGrowth opportunities within Arrow and the Microsoft ecosystem.\nChallenging and diverse responsibilities in a technology-focused environment.\nThe opportunity to shape the future of work at Arrow by turning AI innovation into practical, measurable business impact on a global scale.\nAn open corporate culture and a modern, collaborative working environment.\nWHO WE ARE:\nArrow Electronics, an award-winning Fortune 133 company and one of Fortune Magazine’s Most Admired Companies, enables technology solutions that help improve business and daily life.
