You’ll play an important role in keeping the day-to-day treasury activities running smoothly, supporting our analysts with accurate information, maintaining key trackers and systems, and ensuring payments and other treasury processes are completed accurately and on time.\n\nWhile the role is primarily focused on administrative and operational support, it’s not a purely administrative position. We’re looking for someone with relevant experience who is driven, motivated and confident taking ownership of their work, able to spot issues, follow things through and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.\nYou’ll have exposure to a broad range of treasury and fund management activities across multiple funds, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within a fund investment environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupporting the team across multiple funds.\nProcessing payments, beneficiary requests and related documentation. \nMaintaining cash, payment and investment trackers. \nCompleting daily bank reconciliations and supporting cash flow forecasting. \nLiaising with 3rd parties, banks, custodians, fund accountants and internal teams. \nSupporting liquidity reporting and revolving credit facilities. \nMaintaining FX records, treasury systems and documentation. \nManaging treasury mailboxes and ensuring actions are followed through. \nProviding wider administrative and operational support to the Fund Treasury team.\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience in finance, treasury, fund administration or Banking.\nExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. \nA proactive approach, with the drive to take ownership and get things done. \nConfidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines. \nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders. \nGood Excel skills and confidence working with financial (treasury) systems.\n\n The key thing we're looking for is someone who is organised and accurate, but also has the drive and motivation to take ownership of their work and become a valued support to the wider Fund Treasury team.\nThis is a hybrid working role, working 1-2 days per week onsite in Manchester City Centre.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2514,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Hybrid work"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United Kingdom","iso":"GB","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Asset Management & Funds","Debt Collection & Recovery"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-08T10:19:17Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker;
