This individual will be involved with leading the day-to-day activities and projects within the eGaming financial management areas as well as supervising the monthly closing process. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance or accounting professional to take the next step in their career with an industry leader. This role is on-site at our global corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.\nPrimary Roles and Responsibilities\nWork alongside the eGaming Director of Finance and eGaming CFO to lead the financial function of the eGaming accounting department including planning and executing projects to improve systems and procedures.\nDrive the monthly General Ledger (“GL”) closing, reviewing postings for accuracy.\nReview reconciliations of GL accounts at month-end.\nManage accounting for long-term placement agreements, including the proper application of ASC 606 - Revenue from Contracts with Customers.\nAssist the Corporate Shared Service team with eGaming billing processes ensuring system and reporting completeness and accuracy.\nManage company sales commission and distributor incentive program accounting and reporting.\nManage third-party royalty agreements, including the accrual and payment processes.\nManage the accuracy and reporting of eGaming inventory, fixed assets, capitalization of internally developed leased software, and leased capital equipment.\nLead processes to ensure local and state regulatory compliance in addition to supporting customer compliance.\nEngage with all levels of the organization to understand the operations and drive improvement within eGaming accounting and finance.\nDevelop and track Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”), perform related operational analysis, and support other areas as required.\nSupport the annual audit process for the eGaming business unit, responding to external public accounting firm audit requests.\nReview and analyze internal financial data to identify issues, opportunities and trends to provide business owners and senior leaders with financial analysis input that will drive decision making including project profitability, productivity analysis, and return on investment.\nParticipate in routine monthly financial review meetings with direct exposure to Company executive team.\nRequirements\nExperience and Education\nBA/BS in accounting -
