This role will support daily cleaning needs, restroom maintenance, waste removal, floor care, and general upkeep of office and common areas.\nThe ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming workplace for employees, visitors, and guests.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDust furniture, office areas, and common spaces.\nEmpty wastebaskets and remove trash as needed.\nClean restrooms and restock restroom supplies.\nVacuum carpets and mop floors throughout assigned areas, including office spaces, dining areas, and common areas.\nWash windows and clean glass surfaces as needed.\nPolish glass, table surfaces, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment, and door handles.\nVacuum elevators and clean stairwells, landings, and other shared areas.\nDust ceiling light fixtures and perform spot cleaning as needed.\nReport damage, burned-out light bulbs, plumbing issues, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate department.\nFollow all safety rules, company policies, and cleaning procedures.\nMaintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a safe and organized manner.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n2+ years of professional commercial cleaning experience preferred.\nPositive attitude and strong attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate effectively with team members, staff, and leadership.\nDependable and able to report to scheduled shifts consistently.\nAbility to work independently and manage cleaning responsibilities with minimal supervision.\nMust be comfortable working in both corporate office and production-adjacent environments as needed.\nPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions\nMust be able to perform regular cleaning tasks throughout the shift.\nFrequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.\nFrequently required to use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, cleaning equipment, and supplies.\nOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.\nSpecific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.\nMust be able to communicate and respond to workplace instructions and safety cues.\nThe noise level is usually low in the corporate office and may be moderate in production-adjacent areas.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.\nDiversity and Inclusion Statement\nAt Arrow International, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
