This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The role may also include verifying order information, manage order changes, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nAccurately enter customer orders into AS400 and Lansa Systems\nReview orders for accuracy, completeness, and pricing\nCommunicate with customers, sales reps, and internal departments to resolve any order-related issues\nMonitor and update orders / lease status in the system\nMaintain digital and/or physical order records\nRespond to inquiries regarding order status, delivery dates, and backorders\nCollaborate with shipping, inventory, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment\nProcess ROs according to Arrows return Policy for distributors, field engineers and external customers using salesforce.\nMaintain a high level of data integrity and confidentiality\nMeet daily, weekly, and monthly order processing deadlines\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus\n1-3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service\nProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and order management software (e.g., AS400, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment\nExperience with AS400 systems or salesforce platforms is preferred\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce industries\nFamiliarity with inventory and supply chain processes\nBasic understanding of invoicing, shipping, and customer service workflows\nWorking Conditions:\nOffice-based environment or hybrid (depending on company policy)\nStandard business hours, with occasional overtime during peak periods\nDiversity and Inclusion Statement\nAt Arrow International, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
