Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and charitable gaming venues.\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detailed team member who is motivated, organized, hands-on and reliable to join us in the role of Purchasing Assistant. This position performs a variety of daily tasks in our corporate office. It is full-time (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Candidate will report to the Purchasing Analyst.\nRequirements\nDetail responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nEnter purchase orders for the department and forward completed orders to suppliers.\nTrack open purchase orders; review open orders with vendors; address back-order issues.\nCommunicate with Purchasing Analyst regarding vendor issues, work with vendors to resolve problems.\nAddress and track product returns and quality issues with vendors and the sales force.\nDevelop and maintain broad product knowledge.\nProvide administrative support (filing, answering phones, etc.).\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nThe ideal candidate will possess:\n3 years of related business experience.\nProficiency in Excel a MUST.\nExceptional interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills.\nEffective decision-making and problem-solving skills.\nAttention to detail and ability to obtain results in a deadline driven environment.\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with others.\nWe offer a competitive salary and generous benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance and paid time off.\nDiversity and Inclusion Statement\nAt Arrow International, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
