Together with your experience and qualities, you manage some of the processes in our huge and modern warehouse.\nBuilding and developing your team of Business Support Employees, Team-Leads and operators.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with external colleagues in Sales and Asset Management.\nCoaching and motivating your team and managing absenteeism;\nDevising and developing improvement proposals in collaboration with the Operational managers.\nKPI Management, Monitor, analyze, and improve operational KPI’s including productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, service level and employee engagement.\nThis is you\nA people-oriented manager with experience in managing teams, you have a can do attitude. You are proactive, eager to learn and want to work in a hypermodern warehouse from which high-quality electronic components are sent worldwide. In addition, you are easily approachable and have good communication skills to manage an international team. You are able to communicate in English, Dutch or German are a plus. Finally, you are a quick thinker, and you are flexible.
