Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end performance of Arrowhead's AI voice agents, from understanding customer problems and designing conversation workflows to analysing performance metrics and continuously improving business outcomes. You'll work directly with the founders, engineering, prompt engineering, customer success, and enterprise clients to ensure every deployment delivers measurable impact.

Note: This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role that requires exceptional commitment. You'll work closely with the founders and be expected to operate with an ownership mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Own Product Outcomes: Own KPIs such as conversion rate, connect rate, engagement, qualified leads, collections, and customer success. Diagnose underperforming bots and drive continuous improvements.
• Design AI Workflows: Design conversational flows, branching logic, escalation paths, fallback mechanisms, and prompt strategies. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Prompt Engineering teams to build scalable AI experiences.
• Drive Experimentation: Analyse call transcripts, recordings, and analytics dashboards. Build funnel views and identify drop-offs. Run A/B tests across prompts, workflows, voice behaviour, and conversation design. Use data to improve business outcomes.
• Build Domain Expertise: Develop deep understanding across BFSI use cases including: Lending, Insurance, Collections, Customer Support, Fintech. Understand customer journeys, objections, compliance requirements, and conversational behaviour.
• Improve Voice Experience: Own the overall quality of the voice experience including: Human-like conversations, Latency, Interruptions (Barge-in), Accuracy, Hallucination monitoring, Tone & Call Quality.
• Productize Success: Convert successful customer implementations into reusable product capabilities. Build templates, workflows, and best practices that scale across customers.
• Customer and Stakeholder Management: Participate in customer discovery sessions. Translate business requirements into product solutions. Define success metrics with enterprise customers. Drive adoption, expansion, and renewals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Founders, Engineering, Prompt Engineering, Customer Success, and Enterprise Clients to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or any role owning business outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with metrics, dashboards, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with bias for execution.

Good to Have:

• Experience in AI, GenAI, Conversational AI, or SaaS products.
• Exposure to BFSI, Fintech, or Enterprise Software.
• SQL and Product Analytics experience.
• Experience working in early-stage startups.
