This position will support one of our Government clients in Arlington, VA.\nResponsibilities\nApplying advanced analytical skills and technical resources at the tactical levels and implementing infrastructure solutions supporting command decision making and execution of mission requirements.\nSupporting the implementation of new technologies and equipment in the lab environment.\nProviding ongoing systems administration, technical support, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting services.\nProviding full coverage for Linux or Unix system administration functions to support the TEN infrastructure.\nManaging assigned project components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives\nAdvises and provides insight on the development of lab standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.\nMaintaining configuration and support documentation\nEmploy security concepts, theories, insights, tools, and methodologies to mitigate system weaknesses and vulnerabilities\nPerform large-scale configuration management and deployment across Windows, macOS, Linux/Unix, and other operating systems and virtual environments \nMonitor Red Hat platforms' security and health, create and maintain reports of findings daily\nCreate next-generation application platform automation solutions utilizing Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible automation, Docker, Kubernetes, and Podman.\nIntegrate and configure COTS, GOTS, and third-party applications into Red Hat OpenShift and demonstrate the ability to manage, maintain, and patch containerized applications.\nCreate and support the development of automation solutions for deploying systems and applications to virtual and physical devices using Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Tower, and Red Hat Satellite.\nPerforming implementation of granular access control, and monitor systems for acceptable performance and user accessibility, establish back-ups, and monitor systems security.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex storage problems across the enterprise related to storage and replication strategies across local and wide area networks.
