Know what “normal” looks like in transaction monitoring, KYC and sanctions screening well enough to spot a wrong figure or emerging risk early;\n\nDefine and document key AML metrics, such as alert-to-SAR conversion and false positive rates, so each has a single definition used the same way in every dashboard, report and AI-assisted answer;\n\nInvestigate anomalies and suspicious patterns, and present findings clearly to people who don’t think in SQL;\n\nUse AI tools to work smarter, speeding up analysis and moving routine questions into AI-assisted self-serve, so your time goes to work that needs judgment;\n\nBuild and own AML dashboards and reporting, and close the loop by following up on decisions and their outcomes.\n\nTo be #closer, you’ll need:\nProfessional experience (typically 2+ years) as a data analyst, BI analyst or in a similar role where your work fed real business or risk decisions;\n\nStrong SQL, and the instinct to sanity-check a result before you trust it, especially when it ends up in a regulatory or management report;\n\nExperience building dashboards that people actually use, in Power BI or a similar tool;\n\nA solid grasp of practical statistics: comparing groups, reading trends, and knowing when a change in alerts or risk patterns is real and when it is noise;\n\nClear communication: short write-ups that lead with the answer, and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, compliance and risk teams;\n\nCuriosity about how financial crime, compliance and risk processes work, not only how the data works;\n\nOwnership. You care whether your numbers are right and whether anyone acted on them;\n\nFluent Lithuanian and English.\n\nWe will consider it an advantage if you have:\nExperience in AML, compliance, fraud or risk management in banking, fintech or another regulated industry;\n\nKnowledge of AML processes such as transaction monitoring, KYC/CDD or sanctions screening;\n\nPython for analysis (pandas or similar);\n\nExperience with dbt, a semantic layer, or working with Git and code review;\n\nFamiliarity with Databricks or another modern cloud data platform.\n\nBeing #closer means you’ll get:\nA platform built with analysts in mind.
