You will ensure the stability, security, and efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.\nEvery day, you'll be #closer and:\nAdminister the organization's servers and other IT systems.\n\nPerform network configuration tasks and ensure smooth network connectivity.\n\nPlan and execute operating system (OS) and software updates.\n\nEnsure smooth operation, reliability, and high availability of the IT infrastructure.\n\nManage user accounts and access permissions.\n\nSupervise backup creation and data recovery processes.\n\nImplement and maintain cybersecurity measures.\n\nMonitor IT infrastructure performance, proactively identify, and resolve incidents.\n\nPrepare, update, and manage IT infrastructure documentation.\n\nCollaborate with external service providers and internal employees.\n\nActively participate in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.\n\nTo be #closer, you'll need:\nPractical experience in IT systems administration.\n\nKnowledge of network architecture and configuration (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).\n\nExperience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and MS Azure cloud platform.\n\nExperience in OS update management and maintenance.\n\nUnderstanding of virtualization technologies (VMware).\n\nKnowledge of IT security principles, access management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.\n\nAbility to analyze issues, make decisions, and work independently.\n\nGood English communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nResponsibility, initiative, strong collaboration skills, and a continuous learning mindset.\n\nBeing #closer means you’ll get:\nThe green light for your ideas.
