You’ll work with Power BI, SQL, dbt and a modern cloud data platform, and you’ll be someone others turn to for both answers and advice. This is a chance to shape how a new bank measures and makes decisions from day one.\nEvery day, you’ll be #closer and:\nPartner with business teams and senior stakeholders, finding the real question behind a request, answering it and leading with a recommendation, then following up on whether the decision was made and what happened next.\n\nOwn the numbers for the areas you support. Know what “normal” looks like well enough to spot a wrong figure before anyone else does, and be the go-to person when the numbers are questioned.\n\nDefine and document key metrics, and work with data engineers to keep data accurate, consistent and available, so each metric has a single definition used the same way in every dashboard, report and AI-assisted answer.\n\nLead complex analyses end to end, from framing the problem to presenting clear, actionable findings to people who don’t think in SQL.\n\nMeasure the business impact of experiments, campaigns and models together with our data scientists, so we know what actually worked.\n\nUse AI tools and self-serve to scale analytics, moving routine questions off your desk so your time goes to work that needs judgment.\n\nRaise the bar for the team by mentoring other analysts, reviewing their work, and shaping our analytics standards and best practices.\n\nTo be #closer, you’ll need:\nSolid professional experience (typically 4+ years) as a data analyst, BI analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of work that shaped real business decisions.\n\nExpert SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets, plus the instinct to sanity-check a result before you trust it.\n\nStrong experience turning data into insight: building and owning dashboards in Power BI or a similar tool, and using practical statistics to read trends, compare groups and tell a real change from noise.\n\nExperience with dbt or similar tools for data modelling, testing and documentation, and a good understanding of data quality practices.\n\nClear communication in fluent English: short write-ups that lead with the answer, and confidence presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders.\n\nCuriosity about how the business works, and ownership: you care whether your numbers are right and whether anyone acted on them.\n\nNice to have:\nPython for analysis (pandas or similar).\n\nExperience with A/B testing or causal methods for measuring the impact of a campaign, product change or policy.\n\nExperience with a semantic layer, Git and code review, or a modern cloud data platform such as Databricks or Azure.\n\nExperience in banking, fintech or another regulated industry.\n\nBeing #closer means you’ll get:\nA platform built with analysts in mind.
