# Senior Data Analyst

We’re building a new digital bank from scratch, and strong data capabilities are at the heart of every good decision we make. As we grow our data team, we’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will own the numbers for a business domain, turn complex questions into clear decisions, and help raise the bar for analytics across the bank. You’ll work with Power BI, SQL, dbt and a modern cloud data platform, and you’ll be someone others turn to for both answers and advice. This is a chance to shape how a new bank measures and makes decisions from day one. Every day, you’ll be #closer and: Partner with business teams and senior stakeholders, finding the real question behind a request, answering it and leading with a recommendation, then following up on whether the decision was made and what happened next. Own the numbers for the areas you support. Know what “normal” looks like well enough to spot a wrong figure before anyone else does, and be the go-to person when the numbers are questioned. Define and document key metrics, and work with data engineers to keep data accurate, consistent and available, so each metric has a single definition used the same way in every dashboard, report
