You will take ownership of projects from planning to delivery, navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and help shape how we manage projects as our organisation grows.\nEvery day, you’ll be #closer and:\nLead strategically important projects and programmes across the bank, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with the agreed scope.\n\nTake end-to-end ownership of project planning and delivery, including budgets, timelines, scope, documentation, communication, resources, risks, and stakeholder management, following established project management practices and methodologies.\n\nCollaborate with external vendors and partners.\n\nAct as a key link between business needs and technical solutions, aligning stakeholders and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nDrive positive change by helping improve project management practices and culture across the bank.\n\nContribute to the development of the Project Management Office (PMO) function across the organisation.\n\nTo be #closer, you'll need:\nA university degree.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience managing organisational, process improvement, IT, or transformation projects. Experience in the financial sector is a plus.\n\nHands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.\n\nPractical knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile, PMI (PMBOK), and PRINCE2. A project management certification is a plus.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring teams together around shared goals.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills.\n\nAnalytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to see the bigger business picture.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with specialists from different functions and stakeholders at all organisational levels.\n\nBeing #closer means you’ll get:\nThe green light for your ideas.
