You’ll provide technical direction, challenge assumptions, and help create a strong engineering culture focused on quality, scalability, and sustainable technical decisions.\nEvery day, you’ll be #closer and:\nBuild our entire data architecture, ingestion, and orchestration from scratch, with full freedom to choose your tools and logic;\n\nTake over and migrate existing data flows currently managed by external vendors;\n\nShape our AI journey by building the infrastructure for future Conversational Analytics;\n\nDesign and maintain robust, scalable cloud solutions that address real business needs;\n\nEnsure high code quality, performance, and drive best practices across our data ecosystem.\n\nTo be #closer, you’ll need:\nExperience in Data Engineering or DevOps fields;\n\nProficiency in cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure;\n\nAdvanced programming skills in Python or other related programming languages;\n\nExperience with data orchestrators (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect, Mage);\n\nExperience with Git for version control and collaboration;\n\nA proactive, self-starter mindset ready to own a \"greenfield\" project.\n\nNice to have:\nHave a proven track record of designing or building data infrastructure/platforms from scratch;\n\nHave an interest or foundational experience in AI/ML (specifically LLMs or conversational systems);\n\nHave familiarity with IoC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible);\n\nPossess proficiency in working with Docker containers;\n\nHave experience working with dbt for data transformation and modeling;\n\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum practices.\n\nBeing #closer means you’ll get:\nThe green light for your ideas.
