Your work will influence who joins our culture, how they become engaged, and what impression they have of us from their very first interaction.\nEvery day, you will be #closer and:\nTake ownership of the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring effective job ad management, candidate pipeline management and interview coordination;\n\nPerform initial candidate screening to select most suitable candidates;\n\nProvide support during recruitment interviews when needed, advising hiring managers and contributing professional expertise to hiring decisions;\n\nPartner with hiring managers throughout the Customer Support recruitment process, advising them on best practices and ensuring a smooth, structured and consistent recruitment experience;\n\nParticipate in cross-functional and ad-hoc recruitment projects.\n\nTo be #closer, you will need:\nAt least 1 year of experience in employee sourcing and recruitment;\n\nGood Applicant Tracking System management skills. Experience with Teamtailor is an advantage;\n\nExcellent spoken and written Lithuanian and very good English language skills;\n\nExperience using recruitment channels such as LinkedIn and job advertising platforms;\n\nA strong focus on internal customer needs and the ability to create a great experience for managers and candidates;\n\nA positive attitude, attention to details, curiosity and intrinsic motivation to learn and create value for people.\n\nBeing #closer means you will get:\nThe green light for your ideas.
