Thanks to a unique mix of company assets: State of the art data technologies, lean AI agile methodologies for fast delivery, and cohesive teams of the finest business consultants, data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and digital experts, all dedicated to bringing extra value to every client.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Consulting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading AI-driven transformation projects for our clients, shaping their data, technology, and business strategies.\nYou will leverage your consulting expertise and strong interest in AI to deliver impactful solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technological possibilities.\nWorking closely with cross-functional project teams, you will be at the forefront of defining client challenges, developing strategic recommendations, and delivering high-impact initiatives involving AI, data engineering, and digital innovation.\nOur most successful Managers are passionate about technology, adaptable across industries, and quickly take ownership of client relationships and team development.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nDefine client needs and project scopes through workshops, interviews, and diagnostics with business and technology stakeholders.\nLead and deliver AI-related consulting projects, including AI adoption strategies, data science application roadmaps, and operational transformations.\nPerform advanced research and structured analysis to solve strategic challenges, particularly around AI deployment, data-driven innovation, and process automation.\nFormulate and present strategic recommendations backed by data insights, AI applications, and business analysis.\nDevelop new business opportunities by identifying client challenges and translating them into concrete consulting proposals.\nCollaborate with AI experts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure pragmatic and scalable client solutions.\nContribute to thought leadership on AI, data transformation, and digital innovation through articles, research papers, and client-facing publications.\nCompetences & Skills\n 5-10 years of full-time, client-facing consulting experience (preferably with exposure to technology, digital, or data-driven projects).\n Prior experience working at a leading consulting firm (e.g., top-tier or recognized boutique consulting firms) is highly desirable.\nStrong interest in AI applications, machine learning, automation, or data strategy - practical project experience in these areas is highly desirable.\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\nSolid knowledge of consulting methodologies and project management best practices.\nAbility to structure problems, perform advanced business analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\nExcellent intercultural communication skills and experience working with diverse teams across industries.\nComfort with fast-paced environments and ambiguity typical of AI and emerging technology engagements.\nProficiency with business analysis tools such as PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with AI/ML concepts and/or data environments (SQL, Python basics) is a plus.\nOur Belief\nWe believe data is changing the world, and it’s just the beginning.
