Thanks to a unique mix of company assets: State of the art data technologies, lean AI agile methodologies for fast delivery, and cohesive teams of the finest business consultants, data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and digital experts, all dedicated to bringing extra value to every client.\nWhat you will be doing: Key responsibilities\nYour role will be encompass:\nBring the best of our expertise from the other Departments to your clients on Data Science, Activation (e.g., media buying, CRM, …) and Creativity.\nImpact-driven with real sales abilities, you will have to embark our clients top executives (CMOs, CDO, sometime directly the CEOs) into a transformation of their marketing department and make sure Artefact/NetBooster is their preferred partner in this Endeavour.\nAmong your responsibilities as Director, you will :\nDevelop the country Consulting Department\nEnsure the best allocation of consultants resources to clients and projects (staffing)\nDevelop the consultants expertises through trainings and best practice sharing with the other countries (digital ecosystem, consulting hard skills, soft skills, …)\nCommunicate the Department successes and results at country level (ex : through events and PR)\nDeliver the highest standards of quality on your projects\nPilot multidisciplinary teams (consultants, data scientists, strategic planners, media traders)\nEnsure the highest level of quality of output to your clients\nAccountable for the success of the projects from a client and team perspective\nDevelop client portfolio (hunting)\nBuild a commercial strategy to develop the country client portfolio (consulting is a very good step in the door) through personal contacts, events, cold calls, …\nMonitor the commercial pipeline\nBuild proposals supporting the client needs\nStrengthen our relationships with current clients (farming)\nDevelop the consulting offer with existing clients, especially with Activation or Data clients\nCreate opportunities for other Departments with your clients (Data Science, Activation, Creativity)\nDevelop our Global Knowledge platform\nBuild stronghold of knowledge through your clients engagements (frameworks, methodologies, technologies, …)\nEnsure the spread of the Consulting Department knowledge across the company at local and Global level (in coordination with the Consulting Practice)\nWhat we are looking for\nYou have demonstrated success in your first 8+ years of career at a tier 1 consulting firm and have 4+ years of experience managing projects and/or clients.\nDOER : you get things done yourself and inspire your teams to do so\nANALYTIC : you LOVE data and think every company should take their decisions with facts\nHUNTER : you identify business opportunities and enjoy\nMOVER AND SHAKER : you have a hacker mindset and always find the quick wins\nMENTOR : your clients and teams naturally seek for advice\nAUTONOMOUS : you’re an entrepreneur…\nWhy you should join us\nArtefact is the place to be: come and build the future of marketing\nProgress: every day offers new challenges and new opportunities to learn\nCulture: join the best team you could ever imagine\n Entrepreneurship: you will be joining a team of driven entrepreneurs.
