You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, advise them on best practices and implement solutions that enable better decision-making, improve digital experiences and drive business growth.\nYou'll collaborate closely with experts from across Artefact, including Media & Activation, Creation, Consultancy, Data Science and Technology, to deliver integrated data and AI solutions. As one of Google's leading partners, we also benefit from early access to the latest developments and insights across Google's products.\nIn this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills and learn from experienced colleagues. You'll gain hands-on experience in areas such as:\nAnalytics & Tracking Implementation\nImplement and optimise digital analytics solutions across websites, apps and marketing platforms.\nWork with tag management systems, data layers, server-side tracking and consent management platforms.\nConduct tracking audits, troubleshoot implementations and ensure accurate, reliable data collection.\nData Collection & Activation\nHelp clients design and improve their data collection architecture across digital touchpoints.\nSupport integrations between analytics platforms, marketing technologies and data platforms.\nWork with technologies such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Firebase and marketing APIs to enable data-driven decision-making and activation.\nAnalytics Consulting & Data Quality\nWork directly with clients to understand their measurement challenges and translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nSupport the development of measurement frameworks, tracking plans and analytics governance standards.\nAnalyse data quality, identify opportunities for improvement and help clients maximise the value of their analytics investments.\nCollaborate with colleagues across Artefact to deliver integrated data and AI solutions.\nAI & Automation\nExplore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve analytics implementations, data quality and operational efficiency.\nSupport the development of AI-powered solutions and automated workflows that help clients streamline processes and maximise the value of their data.\nExperiment with emerging AI technologies, tools and agents to solve client challenges and improve the way we work.\nCollaborate with Artefact's Data Science, Technology and AI teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into client solutions.\nWhat we’re looking for\nA Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics or Management, Business Administration, Information Science or a related field\nExperience: Preferably 1-2 years in digital analytics, preferably at an agency or consultancy\nAnalytics tools: Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude or AppsFlyer) and tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager).\nTechnical understanding: A good understanding of how websites, browsers and mobile apps work, including basic concepts such as HTML, JavaScript, cookies, APIs and network requests.\nYou don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable understanding and troubleshooting technical implementations.\nConsent management: Understanding of consent principles, CMPs and Google Consent Mode; OneTrust experience is a strong advantage\nCommunication: Strong written and spoken English, with confidence in client-facing settings\nMindset: Analytical, detail-oriented and curious.
