passionate leaders who combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and people management skills.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong experience designing and implementing modern Data Platforms.\nExcellent knowledge of Python and SQL.\nStrong experience with cloud ecosystems such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.\nExperience with distributed data processing technologies including Spark, Beam or Databricks.\nExpertise with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Composer.\nExperience building CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.\nSolid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.\nGood knowledge of DevOps, DataOps and MLOps practices.\nExperience with relational and cloud-native databases.\nUnderstanding of API development and microservices architecture.\nLeadership Skills\nProven experience leading Data Engineering teams.\nAbility to mentor engineers and foster technical excellence.\nStrong project management and delivery capabilities.\nAbility to anticipate risks and make strategic technical decisions.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nComfortable presenting complex technical topics to business audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEngineering degree or Master's in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field.\n7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.\nPrevious experience
