In this context, your missions will consist of:\nMonitor projects, including planning, validation of technical orientations, procurement activities, financial follow-up, and preparation of quotations.\nCoordinate and supervise construction and installation activities on site.\nBe the local contact for customers.\nEnsure project execution is carried out in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.\nAct as the guarantor of Quality and HSE policies.\nCoordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in project execution.\nMonitor project schedules, costs, and progress to ensure successful delivery.\nSupport technical decision-making and contribute to the resolution of on-site issues.\nReport to the office director concerning the development of local activities.\n Profile\nYou hold a degree as an ES Technician, HES/EPF Engineer, or equivalent, preferably in the fields of mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.\nYou have at least 10 years of experience in construction supervision, site coordination, and project execution within industrial environments, ideally gained within an engineering company serving the chemical, pharmaceutical, or process industries.\nYou have a strong industrial culture and a solid understanding of piping, equipment installation, and construction activities.\nYou are able to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage projects with a continuous focus on technical performance, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.\nYou demonstrate strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and a high level of rigor in the management of projects and site activities.\nYou are familiar with ISO 9001 quality procedures and are committed to ensuring safe working practices on industrial sites and client premises.\nYou possess strong interpersonal and technical negotiation skills and are able to build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders.\nProject management experience is considered a strong asset.\nYou are interested in contributing to business development activities and supporting the growth of local operations.\nYou are proficient in common office tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.\nFluent German is essential.
