the microelectronics sector, based in Milan.\nWe are seeking a bright, curious, and field-oriented professional interested in developing skills in construction supervision, site inspection, and quality control of HVAC systems within a high-tech industrial environment.\nThe successful candidate will join an international multidisciplinary team involved in the construction of new cleanrooms for the microelectronics industry, working daily with professionals from various technical disciplines.\nSupported by senior specialists, the selected candidate will progressively gain autonomy in the inspection, verification, and acceptance of complex HVAC and utility systems.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport site supervision and inspection activities related to HVAC and mechanical systems.\nVerify the compliance of installations with project documentation, technical specifications, and applicable standards.\nMonitor the progress of works related to air handling systems, particularly for cleanroom environments, as well as thermal fluid production and distribution systems.\nParticipate in the inspection of air handling units (AHUs), ventilation systems, chilled water and hot water networks, and associated utilities.\nSupport quality control activities for HVAC installations and mechanical equipment.\nCarry out regular site inspections to verify construction progress and installation quality.\nAssist in the analysis and resolution of technical issues arising during construction and commissioning phases.\nPrepare technical progress, inspection, and non-conformance reports.\nParticipate in coordination meetings with contractors, suppliers, clients, and project teams.\nSupport testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities for HVAC systems.\nPerform site checks in compliance with safety procedures.\nInteract daily with an international team using English.\n Requirements\nMaster's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or HVAC-related disciplines.\nAlternatively, a degree specializing in building services engineering or mechanical systems.\nPrevious experience (0 to 3 years) in HVAC engineering, site supervision, commissioning, or utility systems engineering would be appreciated.\nGood knowledge of HVAC systems, air handling systems, and thermal fluid production and distribution systems.\nAbility to read technical drawings, hydraulic schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.\nExcellent command of Italian.\nGood written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level).\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nAvailability to work on a permanent basis at the Agrate Brianza (MI) construction site.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience, even limited, in HVAC engineering, construction supervision, commissioning, or owner's engineering.\nKnowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit.\nKnowledge of BIM environments and methodologies.\nConstruction site safety training.\nExperience or interest in cleanroom, semiconductor, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center projects.\nExcellent command of Italian and English.\nKnowledge of French would be considered an advantage.\nKey Personal
