Any masculine terms are intended to refer equally to women, men and non-binary people\n For our Industry Division, we are looking for a Junior Structural Site Inspector to join a major industrial project in the microelectronics sector, based in Milan.\nWe are seeking a bright, curious, and field-oriented professional interested in developing skills in construction supervision, site inspection, and quality control of industrial steel structures and facility support systems within a high-tech industrial environment.\nThe successful candidate will join an international multidisciplinary team involved in the construction of advanced industrial facilities and cleanroom environments. Supported by senior specialists, the selected candidate will progressively gain autonomy in the inspection, verification, and acceptance of structural works.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport site supervision and inspection activities related to structural works.\nVerify the compliance of installations with project documentation, technical specifications, and applicable standards.\nMonitor works related to industrial steel structures.\nParticipate in the inspection of facility support structures serving mechanical, electrical, and process installations.\nMonitor construction quality and compliance with approved documentation.\nReview structural drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.\nCarry out regular site inspections to verify construction progress and installation quality.\nAssist in the analysis and resolution of technical issues arising during construction.\nPrepare technical progress, inspection, and non-conformance reports.\nParticipate in coordination meetings with contractors, suppliers, clients, and project teams.\nSupport acceptance activities for structural works.\nPerform site checks in compliance with safety procedures.\nInteract daily with an international team using English.\n Requirements\nMaster's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.\nAlternatively, a degree specializing in structural design or construction engineering.\nPrevious experience (0 to 3 years) in structural engineering, construction supervision, or site activities would be appreciated.\nGood knowledge of industrial steel structures.\nAbility to read structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical documentation.\nExcellent command of Italian.\nGood written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level).\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nAvailability to work on a permanent basis at the Agrate Brianza (MI) construction site.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience, even limited, in structural engineering, construction supervision, detailing, or engineering design.\nKnowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or structural analysis software.\nKnowledge of BIM environments and methodologies.\nConstruction site safety training.\nExperience or interest in industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center projects.\nExcellent command of Italian and English.\nKnowledge
