This role drives continuous product improvement through requirements gathering, Agile/Jira-based workflows, and structured post-implementation reviews.\nThe Program Analyst/Business Analyst is a self-starter, proactive problem-solver, and action-oriented team player with experience supporting complex federal programs. This position requires an individual committed to superior client service, poised under pressure, with a positive and flexible attitude.\nThis is a contingent hire position.\nOffers will be contingent upon client approval, ability to meet security requirements, and the ability to adhere to any on-site requirements (which may change at contract award).\nRemote work is anticipated. However, occasional travel for client engagements may be required.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupport release schedule development and coordinate with respective Government teams.\nGather customer feedback and translate operational and business needs into clear product requirements.\nFacilitate integrated planning teams and working groups across workstreams-establishing meeting cadence, identifying action items, and tracking progress (including Steering Committee support).\nFacilitate and coordinate release planning activities such as outlining tasks, identifying gaps, and tracking solutions needed for a viable release.\nConduct Post-Implementation Reviews within two weeks of a production release and document effectiveness, outcomes, and lessons learned.\nMaintain a program documentation library and track progress against Operational Objectives.\nSupport business process improvement based on stakeholder needs, missions, and operational constraints.\nCollaborate with internal program leadership on product requirements and problem-solving that impacts stakeholder needs.\nContribute to Program Strategy, Release Plan, and Post-Implementation Review Report deliverables.\nUse Agile/Jira and Confluence workflows to manage requirements, backlog, and release documentation.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years supporting federal program/product management.\nBachelor’s degree in a related field.\nExperience with release planning, requirements gathering, and Agile/Jira-based workflows.\nExperience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability/public trust determination.\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S.\nDesired Qualifications\nStrong critical thinking, analytical and time management skills.\nProven ability to organize, prioritize and work well with others.\nAbility to communicate thoughts, ideas and solutions logically both written and orally.\nAbility to stay calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to receive feedback from clients and implement changes quickly and effectively.\nAbility to get up to speed
