For more information visit www.artemisgoldinc.com.\nReporting to the Superintendent - Supply Chain, the Inventory Analyst supports the monitoring and maintenance of inventory levels, item categories and supporting warehouse activities to meet operational requirements. Assists identifying material requirements, correct stocking levels and ensuring that the needs of the business are met.\nWork Location: Can be based at the Prince George or Vancouver office.\nResponsibilities\nDemonstrate effective safety leadership by addressing and enforcing BW Golds safety standards, procedures, and safety systems.\nSupport continuous improvement and the implementation of inventory management processes, policies, and guidelines.\nAssist with analyzing material demand and identifying potential inventory requirements.\nConduct regular inventory analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential risks, and report or escalate findings to the appropriate end users and stakeholders.\nMonitor inventory levels, turnover rates, stock aging to anticipate demand and avoid excess or obsolete inventory.\nSupport procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory items based on demand forecasts, lead times, and stock availability.\nMaintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.\nContribute to work simplification and cost reduction ideas.\nRespond to routine inventory inquiries and escalate complex issues as required.\nQualifications\nPost-secondary education in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.\nProfessional certification in inventory management is an advantage.\nExperience supporting demand planning, forecasting, or inventory analysis is an asset\nBasic understanding of inventory control procedures and best practices.\nMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, procurement, or supply-chain roles (mining or heavy-industry experience is an advantage).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review inventory data, identify trends and discrepancies, and communicate findings.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present inventory data.\nExperience with inventory management software and ERP systems is an asset.\nExperience with Power BI or other reporting and data visualization tools is an asset.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nBenefits\nPaid Time Off\nRRSP Matching\nExtended Health, Dental & Vision Care \nDisability Insurance\nLife Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Program\nCognitive Behavioural Therapy Programs\nWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religion, national origin, status, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, or any other basis protected by law.
