For more information visit www.artemisgoldinc.com.\nReporting to the Sr. Fixed Maintenance Planner, the Maintenance Parts Coordinator is responsible for the timely pickup, delivery, and distribution of parts, materials, tools, and supplies required to support maintenance activities. This role ensures the right parts are available at the right time, maintains accurate inventory records, and works closely with suppliers, technicians, and internal departments to minimize downtime and support efficient operations.\nLocation: Blackwater Mine site\nSchedule: Two (2) Weeks On - Two (2) Weeks Off Rotation\nEmployment Type: Permanent\nResponsibilities\nTransport urgent or critical parts to support maintenance and repair activities.\nReceive, verify, and organize maintenance materials.\nTrack and expedite backordered or delayed parts to meet operational needs.\nSource parts from approved vendors and obtain competitive pricing when required\nMaintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and inventory documentation.\nCollaborate with technicians, mechanics, and service teams to identify parts requirements.\nMaintain Control of maintenance materials with documentation and organization.\nInspect delivered materials for damage and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.\nPick up and deliver parts, materials, tools, and supplies for maintenance personnel\nReturn defective, excess, or incorrect materials to the warehouse and assist in identifying correct items\nMaintain company vehicles in clean and safe operating condition.\nFollow all company safety policies, transportation regulations, and safe driving practices.\nDemonstrate effective safety leadership by addressing and enforcing BW Golds safety standards, procedures, and safety systems.\nMay be required to maintain a clean-shaven appearance (i.e. no facial hair) to ensure the safe and effective use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) associated with assigned duties.\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in parts coordination, inventory management, purchasing, or a related role.\nKnowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nExperience using inventory management, ERP, or purchasing software.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to obtain equipment operator certifications\nAbility to work at a remote location camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation\nComfortable working and living in close quarters with the team\nAbility to maintain high levels of performance over 12-hour shift\nAbility to lift/move up to 50lbs throughout a work shift\nAbility to work in extreme weather conditions\nBenefits\nPaid Time Off\nRRSP Matching\nExtended Health, Dental & Vision Care \nDisability Insurance\nLife Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Program\nCognitive Behavioural Therapy Program\nWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religion, national origin, status, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, or any other basis protected by law.
