Acting as the bridge between the IT team and the commercial organization, they will drive the data and BI roadmap while overseeing data loading and integrity for day-to-day operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelopment of Commercial Reporting\nEnsure the Business Intelligence team is the single point of contact and governance regarding data sources and guidance towards metrics and templates for business/commercial reporting\nDesign and create insightful and user-friendly dashboards and reports for key stakeholders\nOversee the design, development, and publication of key performance indicators in Power BI for stakeholders across the Sales and Marketing functions.\nDevelop business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements that support the long-term data strategy and BI roadmap \nData Stewardship\nLead day-to-day data ingestion processes to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting for business users\nDefine and establish processes for data integrity to ensure accurate and efficient data models\nCollaborate with IT to troubleshoot and solve data discrepancies that may impact the rest of the business\nOwn relationship with external data providers including overseeing overall data budget and contract negotiations \nModelling / Advanced Analytics\nDevelop and implement forecasting models to predict sales trends, market demand, and other relevant business metrics.\nProvide accurate and timely forecasts to support inventory management and resource allocation \nAdoption and Change Management\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to integrate intelligence into overall business strategies\nAct as Subject matter expert for Business Intelligence and promote data-driven culture through training and education\nLeadership\nDevelop and coach a team of two to become future business intelligence leaders \nQualifications:\nUniversity Degree\n6-8 years of related business and managerial experience\nAbility to interpret data and insights from multiple sources to provide a holistic perspective\nExperience leading team and developing talent\nSelf-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment\nVery strong analytical skills\nAdvanced Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint) and Power BI\nExcel and Power BI Power User\nWorking knowledge of syndicated data platforms : Nielsen, Dunnhumby, IRI, Precim\nKnowledge in Pyhton / Dax / or other coding plateform\nKnowledge of CRM plateform (Salesforces prefered)\nWhat We Offer:\nHybrid work model, allowing employees to balance remote and in-office work.\nCompetitive Salary and Bonus.\nBenefits and Pension Plan.\nProduct Allowances.\nTraining & Development Programs.\nTuition Reimbursement.\nCommitment to Corporate Social Responsibility. \nA chance to explore and learn more about the Wine industry.\nCompensation: Budgeted Range - $97,301.00 - $133,789.00 The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
