high-quality, scalable products.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead a team of Full Stack Engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web and mobile applications.\nArchitect and develop robust frontend applications using React and React Native.\nDesign, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services using Python (Django/FastAPI).\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and drive project execution from planning to deployment.\nMentor, coach, and support team members through regular code reviews, technical guidance, and performance feedback.\nEstablish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.\nDrive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.\nOversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment processes.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and lead root-cause analysis for production incidents.\nEvaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve engineering productivity.\nContribute to sprint planning, effort estimation, technical documentation, and engineering roadmaps.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong expertise in React and React Native for modern web and cross-platform mobile application development.\nExtensive experience in Python, with strong proficiency in Django or FastAPI.\nStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integrations.\nExperience with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI development.\nHands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.\nStrong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS.\nFamiliarity with Docker, containerization, and modern deployment practices is preferred.\nUnderstanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.\n\nLeadership Requirements: \nProven experience leading or mentoring software development teams.\nAbility to drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nExcellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nQualifications: \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Development.\n2+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.\nDemonstrated experience delivering scalable web and mobile
