(AV) control platforms, integrating hardware and software components, and ensuring seamless functionality across audio, video, and network systems, Operating Rooms, meeting spaces, digital signage, and conference rooms.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for the development of control system programming and UX of AV systems.\nDesign and develop control system programs for AV platforms to help improve healthcare workflows.\nDevelop reusable code modules and maintain a code library for control system code.\nConduct system testing, debugging, and quality assurance before deployment.\nProvide technical documentation, user guides, and training for end-users and support teams.\nDevelop and maintain APIs and automation scripts using Python, C#, and JavaScript.\nBuild web-based interfaces and dashboards using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.\nCreate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js for AV system integration.\nProgram and troubleshoot device communication using Telnet, RS-232, RS-485, and IP protocols.\nImplement control logic for contact closures and relay-based devices for AV automation.\nConfigure network settings of AV devices, Cisco switches, servers, and workstations.\nProvide troubleshooting support to hospitals dealing with AV applications, either on-site or through remote software applications.\nConfigure and integrate AV hardware such as switchers, DSPs, projectors, and video conferencing systems.\nImplement AV-over-IP solutions and troubleshoot network-related issues.\nCollaborate with Integration team planners, engineers, and teams to ensure system compatibility and performance.\nStay current with emerging AV technologies and programming standards.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n5 years of related experience required\nBachelor’s Degree preferred\nPlus Certifications: AVIXA CTS, Extron Control Professional, Biamp Tesira, QSC Control Training 201, Dante Level 1, 2 & 3\nKnowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:\nAbility to work and think independently, and lead projects ensuring deadlines are met\nMentor Level I and Level II technicians\nAdvanced HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks experience\nAdvanced Programming experience in Python, C#, and JavaScript, including building REST APIs with Node.js and Express.js\nAdvanced Angular, React, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3\nExperienced with Operating Systems: macOS, Windows, Linux\nExcellent troubleshooting skills\nStrong understanding of IP network
