Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.\nAbout the Role\nArthrex is seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial Support Specialist to provide comprehensive commercial, administrative, and operational support to our Singapore Commercial team.\nThis role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of sales and clinical operations by supporting quotations, tenders, contracts, invoicing, claims processing, hospital administration, and capital equipment activities. Working closely with Sales, Clinical, Finance, Operations, Product Management, Medical Education, Customer Service, Biomedical Engineering teams, hospitals, and external vendors, you will play a key role in keeping commercial processes accurate, compliant, and running efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities\nCommercial Administration & Sales Support\nProvide day-to-day administrative and commercial support to the Singapore Sales and Clinical teams.\nPrepare quotations, tenders, contracts, and new product submissions for private and public healthcare institutions.\nCoordinate patient Implant Cards for private clinics, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.\nSupport surgeon education activities by preparing required documentation and coordinating approval processes.\nMaintain and update commercial databases, trackers, shared folders, and operational calendars, including trial schedules.\nProcurement & Invoice Management\nProcess commercial and vendor invoices through SAP, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and goods receipt transactions (MIGO).\nCoordinate invoices related to employee medical requirements, sterilization services, equipment commissioning, and other approved commercial activities.\nManage procurement and ordering of approved commercial supplies and equipment-related items.\nClaims & Payroll Administration\nCoordinate monthly case allowance submissions for Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists for payroll processing.\nSupport locum charge-form administration, including verification of consumables, pricing validation, and billing coordination with hospitals and clinics.\nHospital Administration & Compliance\nMaintain hospital access records and coordinate monthly updates of hospital entry requirements.\nPrepare and submit documentation required for staff access to hospitals and healthcare facilities.\nEnsure records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company and hospital requirements.\nCapital Equipment & Service Coordination\nCoordinate capital equipment trials, testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.\nSupport loaner and temporary equipment arrangements to minimise disruption to customer operations.\nPrepare and manage operational documentation associated with equipment activities.\nContinuous Improvement & Team Support\nAct as a key coordination point between Commercial and cross-functional teams to ensure actions and approvals are completed on time.\nSupport onboarding of new Commercial team members by providing process guidance and resource access.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, administrative processes, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.\nMaintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, compliance, and record integrity\nWhat You'll Bring\nQualifications & Experience\nDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.\n3-4 years of experience in commercial support, sales administration, healthcare administration, or a similar role.\nExperience within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospital environment is highly desirable.\nExperience supporting quotations, tenders, purchasing, invoicing, hospital administration, or equipment-related activities would be advantageous.\nExperience using SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nMeticulous attention to detail, particularly when handling quotations, tenders, invoices, and compliance-related documentation.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nProactive, dependable, and able to follow through on tasks independently.\nCollaborative team player with a positive and customer-focused approach.\nComfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nFamiliarity with SAP and procurement systems is an advantage.\nUnderstanding of commercial processes, invoicing, purchasing, and reporting.\nWhy Join Arthrex?\nAt Arthrex, you'll be part of a high-performing team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative medical device solutions.
