Working across our Market leading Sports Medicine Product Portfolio you will help drive customer success, support surgical cases, and contribute to territory growth.\nReporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for clinical case coverage, inventory and stock management, and key administrative activities, enabling the sales team to focus on expanding our market presence and introducing innovative products and procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the sales team in executing our commercial strategy and achieving territory objectives.\nProvide clinical support and case coverage during surgical procedures using the Arthrex product portfolio.\nDevelop expert product knowledge and deliver education and training to healthcare professionals.\nBuild strong customer relationships and support customer needs across the territory.\nAssist with territory management activities, including inventory control, stock takes, and administration.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.\nSupport new product launches through hands-on clinical engagement and training.\nProvide market insights and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.\nRequirements\nFormal experience or qualification within healthcare or a related industry.\nClinical experience and an understanding of medical device products, technical terminology, and patient care environments would be highly desirable.\nDemonstrates a collaborative mindset with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with surgeons, nursing staff, and colleagues.\nHigh emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport, navigate different personalities, and adapt to dynamic clinical environments.\nStrong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.\nAbout Arthrex\nArthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
