The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and International Teams are responsible for planning, forecasting, sales reporting, and special projects supporting various cross-functional teams. We are seeking a motivated intern currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field to support reporting, analytics, and business optimization initiatives. This role will assist with analyzing sales performance data, developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and providing insights that support strategic business decisions and operational efficiency. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams and contribute to data-driven business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.\nMain Objective:\nTo develop an understanding of Arthrex business operations, FP&A, and international business functions.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport the review and analysis of business contracts to ensure system data, pricing, and terms are accurately aligned.\nAssist in validating customer pricing structures and resolving discrepancies between contract terms and system records.\nCollaborate with the U.S. Product Finance team on reporting and analytics projects, including the development of dashboards and Power BI reports.\nCollaborate with International Finance team to provide data and reporting in support of international pricing strategies.\nGain exposure to the year-end planning and annual budgeting processes by supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.\nContribute to ad hoc financial analyses and special projects requested by business partners across the organization.\nEducation and Experience:\nProgress towards a college degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required. A college sophomore or above required. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)\nExperience analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting or forecasting activities is a plus.\nExperience using Power BI to create dashboards, develop reports, and analyze business data is preferred.\nKnowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:\nBasic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.\nMachine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:\nPC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel.
