The Warehouse Operations team at the Arthrex Logistics Center (ALC) in Fort Myers, Florida, supports Domestic and International Fulfillment, Sets, Receiving, and Inventory operations. We are seeking a motivated intern pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic distribution environment. In this role, the successful candidate will support the planning, execution, documentation, and implementation of operational process improvement projects and initiatives. The individual will collaborate across multiple operational departments and partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve project objectives. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver results while effectively managing priorities and escalating issues in a timely manner.\nThis internship will run from May 2027 - August 2027. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Fort Myers, FLfacility.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nReceiving Process Improvements, including supplier case quantity labeling.\nLoaner Replenishment with Locus Cobot Implementation.\nInternational Fulfillment projects to prepare for Locus Cobot implementation.\nSamples/Promotion/Literature Expansion Project.\nAdditional projects to be identified.\nEducation and Experience:\nProgress towards a college degree in Industrial Engineering required. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)\nKnowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:\nExperience or exposure with system SAP ECC preferred. \nIntermediate computer skills. \nBe able to follow written and verbal direction.\nMachine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:\nPC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel.
