integration of software solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.\nDevelop and maintain containerized applications using technologies such as Kubernetes.\nImplement and manage cloud deployments, ensuring scalability and reliability.\nDesign and develop APIs and database solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to software integration and deployment.\nEnsure the security and performance of software systems.\nDocument software designs, processes, and procedures.\nMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.\nProvide production support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.\nMonitor system performance and implement improvements.\nAssist in the automation of monitoring and alerting processes.\nSupport the transition of production support responsibilities from offshore to in-house.\nEnsure high availability and reliability of the platform.\nSkills and Experience Needed:\nBachelor’s degree required (in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred).\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in software development and integration.\nKnowledge of integration patterns: synchronous (request-reply), event-driven architecture, or change data capture.\nExperience with messaging systems like Kafka, NATS JetStream, or any other topic/queuing system. \nProficiency in Golang, plus working knowledge of other languages such as Scala, Java, Python, or Node.js.\nStrong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).\nSolid understanding of API design and development.\nKnowledge of database design and management.\nFamiliarity with configuration practices like Kustomize or Helm.\nExperience with leading practices in TLS/certificate management and secrets.\nUnderstanding of manual and automated testing strategies.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nSpecialized Skills:\nAbility to read and interpret Grafana dashboards and other monitoring tools.\nKnowledge of networking concepts and cloud deployment strategies.\nExperience with both development and operational aspects of software projects.\nExperience with test-driven development (TDD) and acceptance testing.\nKnowledge of domain-driven design (DDD).\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies and practices.\nExperience with production support and
