Our employees play a key role in this success through their dedication and commitment.\nIn return, we offer a motivating and appreciative work environment.\nThe Job\nReporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Associate will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, communications and events across the UK business. The role will play an important part in creating engaging content, supporting social media activity, developing marketing collateral and helping to deliver campaigns that strengthen the Arthrex UK brand. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer looking to develop their skills across a broad range of marketing disciplines within a fast-paced, collaborative team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSocial Media Management: Develop, schedule and manage engaging organic social media content, supporting paid social campaigns where required.\nContent Creation: Create marketing content including graphics, presentations, photography, short-form video and written copy for social media, email campaigns and internal communications.\nMarketing Collateral Creation: Design and coordinate marketing materials to support the UK sales team, ensuring all assets align with Arthrex brand guidelines.\nCampaign Execution: Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising and other marketing channels, including Google Ads.\nData Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to help optimise future campaigns.\nEvent Support: Assist with the promotion of medical education events, congresses and sales meetings through marketing asset development and digital campaign creation.\nInternal Communications: Support the implementation of the internal communications strategy to ensure engaging and consistent messaging across the organisation.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to understand marketing requirements, develop creative briefs and deliver high-quality marketing outputs.\nEducation and Experience:\nA degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.\nApproximately 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.\nExperience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.\nExperience using Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.\nExperience supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and events.\nExposure to Google Ads, paid social media advertising or other digital marketing platforms is desirable.\nSkills and Attributes:\nStrong enthusiasm for marketing and digital communications.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCreative mindset with an eye for engaging visual content.\nBasic photography, video filming and editing skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nCompetent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).\nWorking Arrangements:\nFull-time: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nCompetitive salary package and commission scheme based on level of experience and recognising your success. 25 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays, Contributory Pension scheme, medical cashback plan, Life Assurance and free on-site parking.\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability and any other protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.\nReady to make a difference with us?\nIf you're passionate about innovation, collaboration, and contributing to meaningful advancements in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.\nTake the next step in your career and become part of a team that’s shaping the future of medical innovation.\nWe’re excited to learn more about you -
